Denys Arabia is pleased to announce the successful completion of the annual surveillance audit to maintain its’ ISO 9001:2015 registration. Advancements in policies, processes and procedures following the original accreditation audit, along with adherence to those practices were reviewed by an external auditor and were found to fully satisfy ISO 9001:2015 standards. Focus areas of the audit included processes for management responsibility and reviews, preventive and corrective actions, document control, product requirement reviews, purchasing and customer satisfaction. ISO-9001:2015 is a global quality management system designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements. The standards are published by ISO, (International Organization for Standardization).
